Poured from bottle into shaker glass. Pours slightly cloudy dark yellow with large head that is very long lasting with excellent lacing. Head starts fizzy but slowly turns rocky as carbonation escapes. Very heavy hops smell with minimal malt and a bit yeasty. Smells of pine and pineapple. Initial flavor is grassy and moderately bitter with an average length finish that is slightly less bitter. Body is medium and creamy with soft carbonation; finishes with a metallic and light alcoholic feel. Overall a good brew.

Copenhagen 25/5 2017. 35,5 cl bottle from Meny. Lightly clad Mexican Maiden on the label together with a phonetic guide to pronounce Laginitas ("lah-goo-KNEE-tuss"). Pours clear golden yellow with big white bubbly head. Settles as thin creamy layer of foam. Lacing on the side of the glass. Aroma is dominated by sweet exotic fruit like peach and mango. Citric overtones. Light carbonation and medium thick palate. Flavor is quite sweet followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is more bitter. A fine fit for sunny weather where the wheat gives it a lemonade-like lightness. Not more than a nice distraction - but it can be very refreshing to be distracted.

Powerful hoppy (almost floral?) aroma, pours a clear golden colour with almost no head, crisp smooth pale ale suitably refreshing for a hot day. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. A very nice IPA!! Or rather APA. This is richer and more complex than usually. Could be my favorite IPA. For now...

Pale amber. Strong and heavy hop profile, with spice, citrus - and dill? Low sweetness and a dry and highly bitter finish. Medium body, and a smooth mouthfeel. Overall, a very good IPA. Powerful, pungent and spicy. Great aroma.

6er from the lcbo. Clear Copper pour, medium off white head. Aroma is piney, slight soapiness, sticky hop cones and some subtle sweet malts. Mouth feel is nice, are is a little soft than I’d like. Finish is clear, resinous, some crackery malts, actually a tad more than I’d like, this seems a touch stale. Again the lcbo kept something too long in the fucking lab before releasing it. This isn’t awful, but I’m sure it was quite better when it was fresh.
