Clear light gold, fluffy two-finger head and excellent lace. Big tropical fruit and citrus aromas including pineapple, white wine grape, grapefruit and oranges, with some spice and Belgian yeast. Big bitterness offset by biscuity malt, banana, clove, medicine and more yeast. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel, generous carbonation and a light tropical breeze of a finish.

From a bottle. Aroma of fruit, yeast, and some hops. Belgian like with fruity overtones. Quite easy to drink but at 8.9 ABV it is one to enjoy in small quantities. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 Fl. Oz. Pours sort of hazy, golden, small off white head, some lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, some yeast, and some hops. Definitely Belgian like, fruity, some hops and some malts. Quite easy to drink, and quite enjoyable, no bad at all.

Crystal straw-gold, good head one or two fingers. Smell is tangy, a little earthy, strong mango aroma. Taste is rich tropical fruit, lots of savory wheat flavors, some yeasty earth tones. Slightly bitter finish.

12 oz bottle poured into pint glass. Aroma was very yeasty and malty. No head on it. Tastes very complex malts with dry finish. Good.

I don’t know, you could do a lot worse. I like this candied treat, but nothing that knocks me over. It is good, it is complex. Thanks guys.

12oz bottle from BevMo. Nice floral, citrus aroma. Flavors of citrus zest, grapefruit hops, sort of fruity on a lightly spiced Belgian yeast background. Moderately carbonated. BIG taste. Great flavor balance for all that is going on. A little bitterness checks the sweetness perfectly. Mild, pleasant alcohol warmth. Lots of brewing skill went into this one. Very flavorful stuff.

Pours hazy amber with thick frothy head. Smell is pine, resin, hops and bit of yeast, fruit funk. Taste is hoppy, resin, pine, citrus and just a hint of yeast on the bitter finish. Complex and crisp on the tongue. Medium body, heavy carb.

bkurtz (1094) - Florida, USA - NOV 19, 2014
bottle - Pours a clear golden with a fairly large, creamy head that left some nice lacing. Great aromas: cotton candy, banana, bubblegum, wow! Taste add some malt build. Taste does not come together like you think after the aromas. Some bitterness and finishes dry. Good, not great.

Poured from bottle at home. Golden color with little head. Hoppy and citrus-y with earthy undertones and a hint of caramel. Surprisingly smooth for its alcohol content. Oily mouthfeel that lingers nicely. Another success from a great brewery!
