bottle - Pours a clear golden with a fairly large, creamy head that left some nice lacing. Great aromas: cotton candy, banana, bubblegum, wow! Taste add some malt build. Taste does not come together like you think after the aromas. Some bitterness and finishes dry. Good, not great.

Poured from bottle at home. Golden color with little head. Hoppy and citrus-y with earthy undertones and a hint of caramel. Surprisingly smooth for its alcohol content. Oily mouthfeel that lingers nicely. Another success from a great brewery!

From a 12 ounce bottle. Pours honey gold with slight head. A touch of translucency. A hint of Hoppy nose as soon as you open the cap. Taste is earthy and bitter. Slightly lingers. A fine choice.

Not a fan of Belgian yeast beers at all, but figured I’d give it a try. Aroma is sourdough, yeast, some citrus. Golden amber pour with a frothy white head. Taste is lots of yeast, slick mouthfeel. Not my thing.

Mild hops, Belgian yeast, clove and banana. Gold color with a lasting white head. Creamy feel with a taste of banana clove and a hint of coriander. Banana finish.

This one is the most unique Lagunitas I’ve had, on top of the already great hoppy ale the yeast adds a lot of punch. Very good blend of flavors, get’s one of my highest praises - you can drink this stuff all day!

Pours ruby gold. Aromas of white grapes, grapefruit and wheat. Taste is sweet malt, grains and mild pine bitterness. Full body with medium carbonation. Overall excellent. The Belgian yeasts and west coast style hoppines creates a delightful ale indeed.

sooooooooo gooooood. Like insanely good. This beer is excellent. That Belgian yeast just shines through and makes it so sweet and delicious. I have to say this is seriously so delicious I can’t even describe it. Just get it and enjoy it it’s great.

Quite reminiscent of the regular Little Sumpin but with a distinct wild yeast presence, with spicy hops and a strong medicinal/phenol aftertaste that adds excitement and complexity. Smooth for the higher abv, and the extra complexity gives this the slight nod over the regular offering.

12oz bottle, from Dutch’s. Labeled 8.9%. Mildly hazy orange color. Thin off-white head. Decent ridges of lace. Bigger body. Smooth lighter carbonation. Full feel to it. Sort of slick. Citrusy grapefruit hop, apricot, some nice funky kind of herbal lightly spicy belgian yeast. Great combo of flavor. Moderate bitter taste, moderate to bigger sweet, nice bit of zest. Mild, pleasant alcohol warmth. Good balance to the taste - a satisfying level of west coast hoppiness. Tasty big flavorful stuff.
