COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We took some fresh Sanguinello Blood oranges, juiced em, concentrated that juice (without heat) and threw it into a wheatier version of our New Dogtown Pale Ale. The end result? A refreshingly hopped pale-ish ale with a huge citrus burst!

Draft at Kaseys Tavern in Chicago. Aroma of orange zest. Lighter bodied, smooth and wheatty, a bit more carbonation wouldnt hurt. The flavor is juicy orangey hops with a bit of pine. Grassy finish with citrus zest and a vague spice palate, grains of paradise. Pretty damn good.

Clean gold color with a soapy white head of sustainable foam. Light caramel malt base in harmony with the blood orange flavor. Light citrus tang tones the sweetness down.

On draft at iTAP. Citrus peel on the nose, pours a clear yellowish amber. Minimal carbonation but still very full mouthfeel. Initially heavy on the citrus but finishes with fresh, bitter hops. This is a fantastic fresh ipa and at perfect abv, 7.9%.

Bottled 12/29/16. Pours very clear golden/yellow, white sudsy head. Aroma is lots of intense tangerine, orange, and pineapple, very intense, seems like an adjunct added. And after looking at the label, I can see its blood orange juice added. Yea, blood orange. Flavor is very sharp grapefruit rind, blood orange bitterness, pine. Its pretty hoppy bitter finish. That blood orange is pretty bitter. Nose feels a little adjuncty mostly because the aroma is just too obviously blood orange, flavor less so. Solid. A little one dimensional, and finishes a bit too bitter, but not a bad job.
