(Bottle, 0.355 l - no BBE info found, at Black Door, 20141220) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grapefruit, citricness and mildly pine. Palate was rather light bodied with rather carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, pine, sweetness and bitterness. Afteraste was hoppy and bitter. A decent low ABV pale ale but too fizzy. gripweed57 (2793) - Hamilton Square, New Jersey, USA - DEC 18, 2014
12 ounce bottle. Pale yellow gold with a big fluffy white head. Fresh citrus hop nose. Crisp biscuit malt flavor is balanced by a subtle dose of citrus and pine hops. Medium bodied and very drinkable. Mildly dry hop finish. Chudwick (3314) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - DEC 16, 2014
Bottle into a jar in a Chinese restaurant with a medieval themed kung fu movie on. One guess where I am. Citrus with light butter. Beery! orvalgold (49) - Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 14, 2014
a bright clear light gold color similar to a helles. the aroma is hop dankness, nice grassy tones with a spicy dill component, slight citrus tones, big cascade aromas. the beer is easy going, hop forward with a thirst quenching bitter dryness. low malt flavor allows the hops to shine, nice to have a big bold hop presence without to much bite or alcohol. Nice beer to drink any day of the week. obxdude10 (2366) - Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 11, 2014
This is by far one of the better session-style IPAs to hit the market lately that I’ve tasted. I sampled this treat in a bottle at the Chicago taproom. You could definitely tell that the body was a lot lighter than your typical IPA, but that is of course by design. There is still quite a bit of hops with a ton of delicious citrus flavors. There is also a hint of a piney, woody note in the taste. The finish was quite dry and spicy, loaded with hops. A well-done session beer!

Straw color , nice white head. Rich and full IPA's aroma: citrus , spices , caramel . Great refreshing taste , even though less intensive then regular IPA's taste. olsvammel (7274) - Örebro, SWEDEN - DEC 7, 2014
Sample at Örebro Öl & Whisky 2014. Hoppy smell with citrus and a grassy dill aroma. Light and hoppy taste. Refreshing. Barnacle_Ed (51) - Milpitas, California, USA - NOV 27, 2014
UPDATED: JAN 21, 2015 12oz bottle at home. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I really was not a fan of this one...OK in aroma, weak in taste, and frankly tastes like a watered-down little sumpin. Disappointed. tillmac62 (756) - Gaffney, South Carolina, USA - NOV 26, 2014
BOD 230/14. Crystal clear light amber, golden, pour. World Class massive head, lacing and retention. Outstanding complex nose of citrus (grapefruit, tangerine and light tropicals) over a light biscuit sweetness coupled with a spicy note. Light body with a slightly heavier than water texture when very cold, but thickens up to slightly slick at room temperature. Slightly above normal carbonation with just a bit of effervescence in the middle and a nice burst in the finish. The nice flavor profile is reasonably intense, complex and balanced. For a session ale, it’s rather flavorful. It begins with a blended citrus hop flavor that fades into mild bitterness. As the bitterness fades in the middle, it takes on a rind note over a nice biscuit background sweetness. The finish is crisp and leaves you with a nice lingering tangerine bitterness. Lagunitas has another winner! firemarshal (206) - North Carolina, USA - NOV 26, 2014
Bottle. Pours clear. Straw color. Had lots of bubbles in the bottle, but that didn’t translate to the shaker and has no head. Full IPA hops aroma including the typical floral and pine scents. Caramel and lightly toasted malt aromas in there as well. Flavor is a lighter hops experience, but not watered down at all. Nice malt balance and a lager-esque yeast flavor. Palate is light and refreshing. Overall right on target for what is advertised.
