I love everything about this beer. It’s just a flawless, fresh, bottled IPA to consume on a day off, one after another. I love it’s ABV. Great mouthfeel. Excellent malt backbone. Tasty, lemony hops. Big Hops. Please make more. JoshuaMason (27) - - MAR 8, 2014
Appearance: Transparent Straw; Fluffy, White head; good lace; mid-range visible carbonation
Smell: Freshest of the fresh weed, Dank as all hell; lemon zest; faint pine; faint orange/tangerine
Taste: Weed, dank, dank weed; lemon; tangerine; lingering grasiness
Mouth-feel: Medium carbonation; light body; resinous, dry finish
Overall: Just wonderful! Fresh, clean, danky goodness. Perfect all-day beer!

Really nice and hoppy with 4.65% alcohol. Awesome session beer! Light body, I could definitely drink a bunch of these!

This is one of the tastiest all day brews I have had. Nice floral scent. Hoppy taste and a great finish.

Damn, Lagunitas hits it again with this brew! Served with a nice sized foamy, cream-colored head that slowly settles to a light cover and lots of lace. Color is a clear, pale gold with plenty of bubble trails. Aroma is a very pleasing and aromatic blend of hop, malt, caramel, fruit, citrus, with a bit of pine. Flavor’s like nose, sweet/bitter/carbonic tang all perfectly balanced. Body is perhaps a trifle thin, carbonation is great. Finish is like flavor, average length, and superbly drinkable. Poured into a tumbler on 05.31.14.
A: 2 finger fluffy white head. Crystal clear straw yellow body.
S: Strong grapefruit and malt sweetness.
T: Grapefruit and sweet malt dominate. Flower and pine are subtle.
M: Creamy. Perfect carbonation.
O: This is a fantastic session IPA. It somehow manages to have complexity and it has a perfect balance. The grapefruit flavor isn’t as strong as in other Lagunitas beers, but again, it is a session beer. IMVoltar (2) - Washington, Illinois, USA - JUN 26, 2015 does not count
This is a good overall IPA. Nothing overpowering. It is a good beer that will go with just about anything, almost all year long.

Reviewed 10/14. 12 oz. bottle poured into a pint glass.
A: Pours a medium straw color with fantastic clarity. I’d say it looks like a pilsner, but not many pilsners I’ve seen featured the kind of frothy, thick head this one does. The two finger eggshell colored head retains acceptably.
S: This has the smell I’m accustomed to from Lagunitas IPAs, with a combination of herbal ’green-ness’ and grapefruit peel. Just a faint hint of sweetness abounds, as well.
T: The malts here are very neutral and crackery, and are seemingly only there to provide a canvas for the hops to shine. Speaking of, the hops start out as being slightly piny and herbal, before gradually transitioning to a citrusy finish. This has a combination of lightness and balance, which equals massive drinkability.
M: Clean, dry, and refreshing. There are some accumulating hop oils after a while, but hardly enough to ruin drinkability. It’s not ’watery’ per se, but it goes down like hop-flavored water.
O: I’m not normally this much above the rAvg on one of my reviews, and even less normally willing to give out 20’s, but this has everything I look for in an IPA. It’s light, crisp, juicy, somewhat inexpensive, and even slightly complex. Put simply, I could buy this stuff by the case and never get tired of it. Beerona97 (2399) - Washington, USA - NOV 5, 2012
Crystal clear light golden yellow. Aroma is awesome, very floral and citrusy, lots of pineapple, crisp malt body. One of the best I’ve had in a long time.
