Slightly hazy goldeny amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and caramelly notes with some slight earthy and yeasty notes as well. Flavour is rather similar. Balanced and refreshing, but nothing really special. Good APA though.
(Bottle 35,5 cl) Hazy, amber golden with a tall, thick and creamy head. Nose full of aroma hops and caramel. Incredibly delicious and malty with a caramelish sweetness. Rather discreet bitterness. 171005 madmitch76 (25009) - , Essex, ENGLAND - SEP 18, 2011

Great pale ale. On tap at Rattle n Hum. I typically don’t thrill over standard pale ales, but this fella stands apart from the pack, perhaps because it is much hoppier than its peers. Anyway, pours a mild copper hue with a fine white head. Nose of citrusy hops. Flavor is heavy on the hops with a some malt thrown in to offset. Nice, bitter finish with a sticky aftertaste. Delicious.
