Nice offering with the usual Lagunitas house taste, but not at the level of say New Dogtown or Maximus.
Uma Ale encorpada e saborosa. Aroma intenso e sabor marcante, com forte amargor. Aparncia a ser reavaliada, pois foi tomada em copo de plstico. jrodooo5 (1753) - DOVER, Delaware, USA - JUL 29, 2017
Lovely pale/strong ale! Pours an attractive orange w/ a thin white head & good lacing. The aroma is hop intensive - citrus & pine. The flavor is well balanced between the hops, malt, & a bit of booze. It’s not overly bitter & is accurately described as a strong pale ale. Really nice! mrjaxson (641) - .08 Junction, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 26, 2017
This one had been hiding in the beer fridge for some time, with a bottling date of March 9, 2013, (51 months ago) so it shouldn’t surprise me that the aromas were subtle -- no hop blast -- and the tastes were balanced and smooth. Poured to a generous, long-lasting head and even lacing. Very likeable and will have to remember to drink my next one a little sooner. cheap (6245) - CHINA - APR 30, 2017
Looks like IPA, from a bomber. Smell is mild pine. Big rocky head. First taste impressions is over the top pale ale that borders on IPA territory. Many IPA are not this strong in hoppyness. Yes, big blasting IPA hops. Typical laggy, in yer face ale. What’s new pussycat? Rude mah fah. Does not hide alky well. Not impressed. Sorry I bought a bomber for $4. But I wanted the tick, so there, you have it.

Appearance: Golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, caramel, fruit, citrus.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Caramel, malt, fruit, hops.
Bottle. Pours with a solid, muscular appeal, although a relatively light, mushy orange color. The aroma is rife with a big, wet woodsy character. This drinks with a dank, chewy, outdoorsy consistency. As advertised. (#6506, 2/17/2017) J_man (1037) - Tustin, California, USA - JAN 23, 2017
Pineapple and cut grass in the aroma with a bit of dank earthiness too. Slightly hazy orangy gold with a finely laced white head. More pineapple juiciness along with a cloying mushroom and hay bitter flavor that’s not bad, just persistent. The body is very creamy and velvety I’m guessing from the oats. The alcohol has a nice bite as it’s juxtaposed with the pineapple sweetness. Finishes sweet and bitter with a lasting earthy/leafy taste. kerenmk (5372) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - DEC 24, 2016
Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer & Beyond. Thanks beerandbeyond. Clear gold with a white head. Honey and peach and black pepper aroma. Sweet, peach preserve taste. Dank, bitter, medium body, too sweet finish. AndyW68 (1649) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - DEC 22, 2016
Very interesting. Clear brown tinted amber pour with limited white head. Aroma is sweet floral with a little pine. Taste brings in honey and mango. Really steps up the sweet. I usually to not like sweeter beers, but this one works.
