Tap. Dark brown with foamy mocha head. Smells grapefruity and resiny with a hint of char. Taste follows. Initially tangy then round with a nice hop finish. I actually like this.

Opaque, black-brown with nice tan head and excellent lacing.
Aroma of grapefruit, smokey roasted malt and pine.
Taste: Dark roasted malt and grapefruit compete for dominance and are joined by sweet caramel, peat, pine and dark fruit.
Medium body and medium/low carbonation.

Draft at Lost Dog Cafe Dunn Loring. Poured a near black brown color with a medium sized tan head. Aroma was some smoke notes, herbal and some earthy malts. Tap at Churchkey as "Fusion 11" looking like Fusion II in the database. Listed as Black IPA at Churchkey like Fusion II. Confusing. Very deep brown pour, medium tan foam. Nose is smoked, savory, herbal, fumey alcohol, spruce. Taste is soft, delicate, savory, bitter cocoa, meaty. Palate is ridiculously soft. 7/4/7/5/14=3.7
