Svesse (9313) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - MAR 13, 2018
(Bottle) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of orange peel, treacle-toffee, crisp-bread, apricots, honey, pineapple and some resin. Fruity, malty, hoppy taste with crisp-bread, honey, orange peel, toffee, apricots, pine needles, mango and a generous citric/floral bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Lots of fresh hops, still really well balanced and not so aggressive. Very nice.

Mad_Ferret (1030) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - NOV 26, 2015
Old notes. Draught at Wirströms 7/2-15.
App: Crystal clear deep golden with one finger thick off white foam that stains the glass.
Aroma: Sweet honey wheat crackers with lychee passion fruit, some oranges plus grass and hay. Fresh and hoppy. I smell some sulphur (fart) as well but I actually think it’s the pub itself, ah yes it is. Nice.
Taste: That typical sweet crystal/hop syrup sweetness I get so often with Lagunitas beers that reminds of candi sugar (one of the importers say it’s the hop extract Lagunitas use), slight toasty honey wheat crackers here also, grapefruit and lychee, some iron like minerals. Prominent but laid back bitterness of grass and grapefruit peel.
Palate: Medium bodied with soft tickling carbonation and slightly oily texture.
Overall: A nice easy going beer with some sweetness. Not so "in your face" with the wheat, but more IPA with a twist like. Summer beer.

A fresh nose with a lot of malty notes and some weak wheat. Taste of malt also with discrete wheat present and some nice hops to round it up. Very agreeable and easy drinking.

Bottle from SB. A very rich and balanced IPA, easy to drink but with a lot of flavour. Good!

Dokumenterad effekt.

TBone (19173) - Pori, FINLAND - JUN 13, 2015
Bottle at Beer Hunters. Yellow color, small white head. Resiny, barley aroma. Medium-bodied. Resiny, piney flavor. Malt profile not so sttong. Meh. Maybe better when really fresh.

mjs (7936) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUN 4, 2015
(Bottle, 0.355 l, at Lagunitas Galatea Fusion, at Black Door, 20150603) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, citricness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, citricness, grapefruit, malts and bittterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A good pale ale with fruity hops.

Tide (4862) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUN 3, 2015
Bottle at Tommyknocker (as Galatea Fusion). Amber color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, hops, mango, caramel, earthy notes, resin and a bit of pine. Bitter finish with citrus, hops, earthy notes, toast and pine. Very nice speciality IPA, although somewhat messy.
