COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2017 On tap at Bryan’s American Grille. Virtually nothing on the nose. Poured a nice golden color, not head retention though. Taste is standard west coast IPA, keg might be a bit older. Easy drinking, good bitterness. Light beer mouthfeel isn’t great.

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2018 Flavor is very one dimensional and that flavor is bitter. Not really any fruit notes that I like in IPAs.

hohops (1182) - Kent, ENGLAND - DEC 15, 2017
Appearance- clear and amber, a clingy 1-finger white head. Aroma- fruity hops, lemon, orange, pineapple, tropical fruit hints. Taste- lots of bitter hops, hop resin, orange peel, clingy bitterness, juicy fruit, pithy fruit, fluffy malt in the background. Lingering bitter finish.

This is a great go to IPA. Perfectly balanced with a nice hoppy, and floral character but not over powering. It's a great beer to pair with your favorite pizza or just enjoy by itself on a nice hot day.

geolgau (544) - Cluj-Napoca, ROMANIA - DEC 6, 2017
Tame aroma of hops, mainly citrus and grass. Taste is a bit better though, with a healthy amount of bitterness and crispness. Bitter herbs, grapefruit, pine. A bit watery, lacks potency. It's decent and pretty generic.

From the tap (6.2%), free sample from the owner, The Admiral, Glasgow on 5 Dec 2017: floral, pine aroma, golden with a large foamy cream head, grassy, fruity, sweet, gentle fizz, hides the abv very well.

Belle couleur cuivrée, pas de mousse. L'ipa est bien aromatique, amertume bien présente. Bonne ipa!
