This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

On tap. Beautiful orange color, clear with a one finger head and nice lacing. A sweet pine-hoppy aroma. Some flowers and citrus. A nice, mild, not too hoppy IPA. Some floral and grapefruit citrus flavors also present. Not that sweet, fair amount of bitterness. Body is light and dry, slightly slick, with medium carbonation and a nice lingering aftertaste of bitter hops. A nice refined beer.

I'm not surprised why this IPA is the most selling IPA in the world. It's just an amazing beer, that's all i can say.

DWG; Bottle 355ml. Pours moderate, hazy gold with a moderate, frothy, lasting and lacing off-white head. Nose is moderate, honey, citrus, peach and light spice. Taste is moderate sweet and bitter with a somewhat lasting tropic finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2018 Un buon sapore amaro mentre la si beve, non troppo agrumata, ma lascia in bocca un ottimo sapore amarognolo che asciuga la bocca

Classical IPA. Fruity notes and a bit of leather coming straight after first sniff followed by even more fruits and a bit of spices. Taste is just as complex.

BeerChalice11 (13) - Appleby-In-Westmorland, Cumbria, ENGLAND - MAR 10, 2018
355ml bottle from UK supermarket. Pours clear, warm-gold, like california sunshine! 1 finger white foam. Minimal lacing. Dominant aroma is honey with apples and hint of spice. Medium bitter taste with long-lasting bitter hoppy finish. A benchmark West Coast IPA, but not a hop bomb IMO. Not too challenging and certainly not a chore. Just very pleasant, drinkable brew
