COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet youre on.

Yabon !

Bottle. Pours golden with a lovely white head. Aroma and taste are fruity, hoppy with some caramel notes and not too sweet. Very solid IPA indeed

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a tulip. Aroma: Classic citrus characters dominate the nose - grapefruit, lemon, and orange. Appearance: Clear and clean in appearance. Color is a light amber or dark golden hue. Nothing special or unusual there. Head, however, is just about perfect. A full finger of fine white foam on the initial pour, and a half finger or so is retained all the way through. Lacing is consistent and long lasting. Taste: For the most part follows the nose. A mild herbal note sneaks in on the back end. But many west coast IPAs are, in my opinion, overloaded on hops that contribute to a piney, grassy, earthy taste. This IPA does a much better job of balancing its hop load with juicy citrus notes on the front end and herbal or grassy notes on the back. There is enough of a malt presence to keep the beer balanced, but not enough to overpower and make it a sweet malty mess. Palate: Light enough body to be an easy beer to drink, almost like a session IPA in its body. But the ABV is very standard at about 6%, so its technically a bit high for a session brew. Carbonation is moderate and feels about right for an IPA. Slightly resinous feeling on the tongue. The finish is pretty clean and pleasant. Overall: Is it the best IPA Ive ever had? No, it probably doesnt take that title. But I am having a tough time finding anything really wrong with it. With that in mind this beer gets a solid tick from me, and Id happily recommend it as an excellent representation of a balanced and well put together IPA to anyone any day.

The color of the beer is light amber. The beer is crystal clear. Gas bubbles can be seen fizzling happily. A nice layer of rough white foam is formed o top of the beer, which collapses quickly. The smell is nice. The smell is more that of a regular pale ale than an IPA. There are a lot of sweet fruit notes, and less bitter hop tones. The fruit aromas contain passionfruit, citrus fruits and a hint of strawberry. There is a nice balance between bitter, sweet and some sour notes. The taste is just as nice. I again taste some delicious citrus fruits, passionfruits, peach and some tropical flavours. It is a nice IPA. Its less bitter and more fruity than most times though.

Bottle 0.355 l, Tesco, Bournemouth, England, UK.
Złote piwo o obfitej pianie i przyjemnym, chmielowym aromacie z owocowymi i leśnymi nutami. W smaku początkowo lekko słodowe i karmelowe, następnie zdominowane przez wyrazistą i mocną, lekko zalegającą, leśną, chmielową goryczkę.
