COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet youre on.

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2016 Dorato carico limpida, schiuma ampia e vaporosa. Aroma di agrumi, floreale con note erbacee. Una luppolatura decisa con buon retrogusto amaro. Manca forse un po? di freschezza ma una ipa davvero ben fatta. Carbonazione perfetta.

Thanks altonbrownd for the bottle! Poured into a taster showing well filtered caramel orange with white foam lacing. The nose shows caramel malts intertwined with pine. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Flavors of tea like malts with a typical IPA bitterness on the finish. Nothing spectacular but nothing bad.

A spot on west coast IPA. Popping fresh citrus hops, a bready sweet malt and sold carbonation make it refreshing and challenging. Glad to see it sneaking into Liquor Control Board outlets in Central Canada!

Yet another beer Ive drank a million times but somehow never rated. Bitter with a caramel-orange heart, bumping into an unusually bready middle. Semisweet on the finish, with a hefty hop-slathered fade. Not a defined as their special IPAs, but tasty.
