This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

Clean light amber colour, small white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, malt, piny hops. Dry lightly sweet taste with bitter hoppy finish and aftertaste. Nice IPA.

Aroma, a bit weak. Looks pretty ordinary. Some hops, quite well balanced. A pretty good everyday IPA at a low cost. Might have this one again.

W aromacie cytrusy, lekkie iglaki, chmiele. W smaku chmiel i owocowa goryczka dość mocna. Bardzo dobrze ułożone piwo.

On tap @ Fox and hounds, Aabenraa. Clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and also feels a bit like red berries. Flavor is smooth pale malt, fruity, hint of caramel, medium bitter and also give me some of the same red berries impression. Fine balanced body, smooth and almost a bit oily with a pleasant fruity bitter aftertaste. Nothing extraordinary going on here, but I fine and easy to drink classic IPA.

Geurend naar overrijpe appel zo proeft het ook wrang die de waterigheid overheerst die wrangheid komt waarschijnlijk van de beruchte gist

When I saw I hadn’t rated Lagunitas IPA, I thought the site was playing an April Fools joke on me. I know I’ve had this a half dozen times. Shiny golden pour with a lasting patchy foam head. Draft pour. Aroma seems a little plastic, some grassy hops. Flavor is some nutty malt, sweet caramel, hoppy linger. Grassy, more plastic. Strange, but not bad. Came off as a weird IPA for me.

Tasted from the tap on the 25/03/2017 at the Barcelona Beer Festival. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of floral hops and some fruits. Taste is crisp with a hoppy and floral touch. Next one please!
