COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 or so miles of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentloid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. Think about it. Now stop. OK, go again, now stop. Think again, and stop. But we digress. Made with 43 different hops and 65 various malts, this redolent ale will likely float your boat, whatever planet you’re on.

12oz bottle. Pours golden/amber with frothy off-white foam. A bit lighter color than most IPAs. Aroma of citrus and pine. Not as pungent as what you might expect from Lagunitas. A well balanced taste of citrus and bready malts with a touch of honey on the finish. I think this is a really solid, balanced IPA; a little surprising considering how hop-heavy most Lagunitas beers are. Nice to drink a well-made IPA that doesn’t destroy your tongue.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2017 Colore ambrato chiaro. Schiuma leggera e poco presente. Discretamente gassata. DISCRETA BIRRA

Taste: crisp, snap of bitter cascade, piney hops, dry finish. Subtle fresh floral nose. Gold, clear, nice soft refined white head and ring of lattice. Medium to Med/lite body. Traditional American IPA.

bread, grass, dough, I taste rice but it was not a choice. Lagunitas has gone down hill since they sold out. If I wanted a Heineken I would have bought one. Very disappointing.

Golden coloured ale with a frothy white head. Aroma: malty, grassy, piney and some sweetness. Taste: sweet, citrus, hop oil, malty and some caramel ends quite bitter. Average carbonation with a medium mouthfeel.

Aroma is a blend of light citrus and some spice. Flavor is citrus and grass with a bit of spice and pepper. Finishes with bitterness that hangs around for a while but still good. This one didn’t knock my socks off but very drinkable.

Average typical American India pale ale. Good but not great. Would like to see either more malty flavor or hop flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From tap at café Helmers, together with Huub. Very strong aroma (good!), taste is also great, a very goog IPA.
