Bottle. Transparent orange yellow pour with a frothy white head. Aroma of light grass, a bit of mint, lightly sweet bready malt, cereal. Flavors of bready malty, earthy/grassy hops, some light floral/herbal notes as well as some hints of spice. Medium body, well carbonated... lightly sweet, malty and bready throughout... moments of crispness throughout the palatte with a crisp/bitter/bready finish. Overall, not too shabby, a touch sweet but beyond that a pretty good pils.
Don’t expect a German or Czech pils. This brew takes an extra step and uses the pils base adding hops to create an interesting hoppy lager. balloonbuffoon (269) - - MAY 18, 2017
12floz bottle purchased as a single for $1.50, freshness is uncertain, but it goes into my pint glass anyway. Appears a translucent pale yellow with some head. Smells like a haystack and tastes like one that is growing some grass too. Medium in body and moderate in carbonation. It’s good, fairly sessionable, and definitely as close as Lagunitas gets to anything traditional in style. Wichmann (1) - Fredericia, DENMARK - MAY 11, 2017 does not count
Flot gylden farve, dejlig aroma og lidt bitter i smagen. Alt i alt en meget god pilsner.

Bottle from the Parcelyard, Leicester. Clean, flavoursome Pils, but slightly too sweet for me. Goodbye Champions League - it was a great adventure. ichmachebier (16) - - APR 11, 2017
Aroma: Very lite aroma. No off aromas noted.
Appearance: Clear yellow with no cloudiness. Very nice.
Taste: Very good pilsner. What I would expect from Lagunitas.
Palate: Lite body with lively carbonation at start, maintained through pint.
Overall: Very good beer all the way through, and Im not a fan of pilsners.

Flaska. Gul med ett generöst vitt skum. Dofter av säd, blomster och gräs. Smakinslag av malt, blomster och säd. En lätt sötma i avslutningen. islay (2677) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 14, 2017
4 oz. pour, on tap at Nutmeg Arden Hills. Consumed on 3-10-17. Clear, pale gold with a small amount of beige head. Nice, floral aroma. Green grape and champagne scents. Pleasant, pungent hops in the smell. Good, refreshing, dry flavor. Wood chips. A bit of cardboard, which isn’t ideal. Dry finish, which I like. Lively and smooth in the palate. Reasonably crisp but not as crisp as it should be. Fizzy. Pretty good pilsner but just a touch off. Cavie (4654) - Arlington, Texas, USA - FEB 23, 2017
