COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We brewed this especially bitter ale in dedication to all the worlds would-be astronauts, in remembrance of the 2005 St. Patricks Day Massacre on the Brewery Party Grounds and also in joyous celebration of our 20-day suspension that following January. Do the crime. Do the time. Get the bragging rights. Cheers!

Bottle pour. Golden amber and thin white head. Floral and pine nose. Uncompromising flavors of malt, caramel, and grapefruit. Bitter and oily finish. One I keep an eye open for...watch out for the high ABV sneaking up on you though!

Bottle: Light haze, deep copper, light head and a good lace. Big hoppy lift. Loads of malt. Some caramel and citrus. Dry to off dry, not sour, bitter and almost finishes sweet. Very fruit. Loads of orange and mandarin. The mid palate is fresh but the finish is heavy. This beer could knock you out. A little over the top.

It pours amber with a head that produces lacing. It has citrus and dried fruit aromas. The aroma has a bit of a cherry smell as well. It is definitely fruity both with citrus and cherry flavors with the traditional hops bitterness.
