COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We brewed this especially bitter ale in dedication to all the world’s would-be astronauts, in remembrance of the 2005 St. Patrick’s Day Massacre on the Brewery Party Grounds and also in joyous celebration of our 20-day suspension that following January. Do the crime. Do the time. Get the bragging rights. Cheers!

Undercover is everything Lagunitas is. Pine, caramel, bitter, robust and thick with citrus undertones. My #1 above a distant Shugga.

This is awesome. Malt character is glory slightly outshining hops. There is a good bit of resin in the direction of juniper adding significant complexity.

Very similar to brown shugga. Glad they come out at opposite times of the year because I buy a case of each. Sweet, hoppy, just absolute delish. Stong too which I love. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Wonderful smell and nice dark colour. Sweet taste with caramel hints perfectly balanced with the bitterness and great balance of alcohol and taste.

Tap at Muddy Waters. A beautiful beer with a healthy amount of head and a definitive copper color. Smell has a decent hop presence. A lot of sweetness in this one. A little bitterness to offset the sweet. Great finish. Maybe the strongest offering from this brewery. Strong recommendation.

This is a damn good brew. I picked it up on a whim after working 7 days straight and this hit the mark and then some! Smell and taste are perfect, very piney and the alcohol is masked very well. Definitely a beer to watch yourself with as these are easy drinkers.

12 oz bottle from Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh. Tasted nice, had a sweet and savory aspect as well. Packed a wallop.

Best beer I’ve had in a month. Wow. Clear copper pour with a white head. Aroma and taste of fruits and brown sugar without being sugary. Cherries. Hint of caramel. Sweet but not too much. Transparent with nothing overpowering anything else. So very good. Alcohol well hidden. Absolutely delicious.

Pours a clear copper color. Fluffy off-white head that sticks around and leaves great lacing. Malty caramel and a even get a hint of coconut in the aroma. Malty and sweet with dark fruits. Nice balance of the bitterness. Some alcohol warming in the finish.

Drank from bottle. Nose is citrus, hops, and resin. Taste has a heavy orange presence a little sweet on the tongue with a dry and mildly bitter finish that doesn’t linger. Amazing beer
