COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bread pudding aroma, sweet, caramelly, toasty. Sweet, syrupy flavor, hint of molasses. Kind of doughy, raisiny, and toasty. A rich, sweet beer that hits what I like about big bocks while hiding its per entage well.

Dark brown and clear with fluffy head. Aroma is slightly metallic. Very malty overall. Good but a little more body and sweetness would be welcome.

Bottle, Frankfurt Airport. Fairly rich malty aroma. Has a nice ple malt taste, though with a somewhat harsh alcohol bitterness in the finish. A little bit coarse as a result. Decent bock but not great.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2016 Clear amber body with a medium beige head. Aroma is malty, caramel, grain. Sweet taste with medium biterness. Watery texture, soft carbonation. Quite nice.

Certainly the best dunkler bock I’ve had in frankfurt airport, and maybe the best beer. Caramelized malt and some light roast. Pours dark amber with good head and lacing. Light sweet finish with some mash malt. Hint of copper. Goes down well with this free smoked salmon at the caviar bar in terminal b. Only the best my friends.

Barwa rubinowa, piwo klarowne. Piana lekko beżowa, drobnopęcherzykowa, obfita, trwała. Koronkuje nieźle. Zapach karmelowy i alkholowy.

50cl bottle at home. Clearish dark brown with a medium slightly off-white soapy head. Medium body with low to moderate carbonation. Subtle sweet and bitter tones. Caramel, malts, brown sugar, spices, raisin and herbs. Tasty dark bock.

Really malty aroma that settles down a bit in the taste. Burnt caramel taste. Extremely dry texture.

Bottle from trade with McTapps, many thanks Sabine. Dark chestnut brown color with thick off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, light roasty, chocolate. Taste, sweet caramel malt, honey, notes of red fruits, toffee, nuts. Alcohol is dangerously hidden. Good example of style.
