3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
On draught at 2013 North American Organic Brewers Festival. Mild yellow color. Light malt aroma. Refreshing taste with light malt and balanced hop bitterness on the finish.
Bottle from friend. Lot 03 28 2015, no ABV listed. Opened with a loud pop, full, airy head, hazy pale golden body. Aroma is grassy, grains, some bread and hint of herbal notes. Taste is light on the palate, mostly pale malt. Very clean. Slick and slippery, tasty, easy drinker. 5000 (6900) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - APR 6, 2014
Bottle:   Dirty straw, super foamy to the point that it appears infected.   Nope, just ovelry carbonated.   Sweet straw, hay, and grass, with also a bit of dry wheatiness.   Clean, fairly crisp, and much better than I expected.   Semi-sweet wheatiness lingers.   Nice balance.   Yeah, this was tasty! harrymel (1551) - Spokane, Washington, USA - NOV 18, 2013
Very, very light yellow with a solid quilt of whites. Smells a little herbal, clean, grainy, some hints of corn. Flavor is nice and light with a little bit of bitterness, but really actualy just an easy drinking beer. Mouthfeel is thin and carb and tight and lightly assertive. Nice, drinkable beer. maxwelldeux (4433) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - JUN 14, 2013
Draught in a flight at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with thick white head on it. I got very little smell off this, partially due to the head on it. Taste was fairly creamy, though slightly bitter. Definitely very light, but this was nothing particularly special to me.
