Can. Clear, almost golden beer with a white head. Boring, grainy and lightly floral aroma and a flavor with a decent bitterness. Thin body and a decent bitterness in the finish. A decent but boring beer. Short version: Decent but boring. (070317)

500 ml can, kindly provided by yngwie for an informal tasting. The ABV was 4.5%. Type pale lager golden colour, moderate head. Fairly sweet aroma, fruit and malts. Standard pilsener flavour, fairly bitter finish, slightly metallic aftertaste. No masterpiece, but Ive had worse pilseners. And the name is quite amusing in Norwegian!

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2008 Bottle & can 0.5 l. Clear pale golden with a white head. Flowery, fresh and malty nose. Flavor is pretty harshly hoppy bitter, but nicely so. Good maltiness. Strangely no aftertaste at all, otherwise this would be spot on. Still a very crispy and good.

Can - Bruxellensis Festival. Pale gold, no head. Some pukey lager malt. OK in mouth, some goodish drying hop on end. Nice hop actually.

Strong malt nose, pale yellow, small white head. Assertively strong old malt flavour. Somewhat harsh, and bitter. Ordinary. Thanks so much R!
