FatPhil (17079) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - APR 19, 2014
500ml bottle (S-Market, Helsinki)
Dusty, burnt ashtray, dirty aroma. Hazy pale orange, brief head. Watery, but still dirty and rough. Pretty nasty papery body. Fairly poor hefe. Both watery and rough. Finish dirty. Not a good hefe at all. Did not like. In particular, as I had to act as dustbin, because Anna didn’t want the rest of her portion.

Hermod (8349) - Vantaa, FINLAND - APR 18, 2014
50cl can. Unclear darker yellow, soapy head, not very lasting. Yeasty aroma, banana and wheat. Flavor has yeast and banana mostly, some mild wheat in the finish. Thin bodied, high carbonation, too high.

Tide (4348) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 18, 2014
Can from supermarket. Hazy yellow color, white head. Bitter taste with citrus, toast, wheat, a bit of banana and grass. Bitter finish with citrus, banana and wheat. Good hefeweizen, especially considering the low ABV.

TBone (18225) - Pori, FINLAND - APR 17, 2014
Can 50cl (S-Market, Pori)
Hazy yellow color, small mostly vanishing white head. Aroma has bubblegum and banana. Light-bodied. Quite faint banana flavors, light citrus acidity. Crisp and refreshing with more attractive palate than competitor’s new hefeweizen (Olvi) has. Not outstanding but tolerable for this ABV.

Braastad (458) - FINLAND - APR 15, 2014
Hazy pale brown color, with medium head. Aroma has cloves, yeast. Just a hint of banana. Flavor has cloves, yeast, little spice. Not bad, considering the brewery.

Quite ok, a bit mild but very drinkable hefeweizen. Recognizable Kukko-taste.

500 ml can. L112. BB 04/02/2015. (K-Citymarket) Pirkkala, Finland. Hazy yellow golden colour with a huge fluffy foamy white head. Malt, yeast, wheat, citrus and mild bitterness in the aroma. The flavour is malt, wheat, mild hops, some mild sweetness and mild bitterness. Soft carbonation. Quite simple Hefeweizen. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

3.2
lusikka (7833) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 6, 2014
500 ml can. Pours a hazy yellow colour with a large white foamy head. Aroma is quite fresh with wheat, sharp citrusy notes and caramel. Sharp citrusy flavour with wheat, some grains, yeast, caramel and banana. Light bodied and high-ish carbonation. Sharp, refreshing and citrusy finish with some mild sourness. Maybe a bit thin, but still a nice clean hefeweizen. I could buy another one.
