22oz bottle 12/3/14 (Binny’s Downers Grove)-40° in tulip-Pours a hazy amber with a small off white head. Aroma of spices, singer, and citrus. Taste of the same with a hard tartness on the back end. This light bodied brew is not bad but the tartness sort of drop it down a bit. BBB63 (6557) - La Porte, Indiana, USA - AUG 28, 2014
Saisony ale with Saaz and Mosiac hops which delivers a fruity tone with a slight kick of ginger. The pinkish ruby hue is from Hibiscus that provides some flowery vapours on the nose and twang on the palate but unlike some beers does not get in the way. I am digging way more than expected. Not super dry but does the trick. crossovert (12934) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - AUG 22, 2014

UPDATED: AUG 31, 2013 On tap, and a full, rock glass sampler from Josh at Warren’s Ale House in Wheaton, IL.. Showed a cloudy, pink grapefruit appearance, with a light layer of white foam, and dots & dashes of lacing. The nose was floral, hibuscus, mild ginger, and light fruitiness. Light bodied, effervescent, with some grapefruity flavor notes, sweetness, but mainly tart & pleasantly dry. Mild but refreshing.

Draft at Jerry’s. A hibiscus-ginger saison, brewed for a shark benefit during "Shark Week". Pale rose with light, white head, light lacing / Lightly sweet, fresh, almost soda pop nose of hibiscus, citrus, grass / Light body, soft carbonation, acidic, some sweetness but dry in the middle with good balance and light bitterness on the finish / Flavors of hibiscus, cut lemongrass, ginger, Jolly Rancher, resin, straw / Nothing profound, but enjoyable in a light, fresh, summer patio sort of way.
