Baysville now has a lager to call it’s own. Paying homage to the pioneers who carved roads and rails into the rugged landscape of the north, we handcraft this golden lager using select noble hops and premium Canadian malts. A crisp and refreshing end to a hard day’s work.

jdobbs (411) - New Brunswick, CANADA - JUN 2, 2014
Clear pale golden beer with a small White head. Malty bready aroma, grassy notes, some citrus. Bready fruity flavor, grssy, hay, some metal notes. Hoppy finish with bready notes.

Motobashi (107) - Windsor, Ontario, CANADA - APR 4, 2014
473ml can. Poured a clear yellow, with minimal head. A very light beer overall. Faint cereal aroma. Moderately sweet flavour throughout. No real bitterness. Short finish. Light bodied with a slightly oily texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing. Not bad.

Miksu (5052) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - MAR 18, 2014
0.473 l can, thanks Sampo! Golden color. Malty, bready and honeyish aroma. Bready honeyish taste with low bitterness and some citrus. Medium body. Bland dull taste.

RhetoricalAns (973) - Red Deer, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 17, 2014
Golden lager. Medium malt aroma. Taste wise mostly light grains, no hops. Light drinking beer but not too interesting.

houblonchien (89) - CANADA - FEB 3, 2014
Refreshing lager. Pours light golden with typical head. A touch of citrus on the tongue. Low alcohol which enhances the pleasant flavour.

lesifflebiere (1928) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 15, 2014

Lubiere (14429) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 1, 2013
A golden lager with a thick frothy white head. In aroma, rather boring adjunct laced malt with light sweet corn, no hops, blah. In mouth, a sweet corn malt with mineral notes, faint German hops, boring.

Tessic (1283) - Brantford, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 10, 2013
This ale poured a clear pale yellow colour with a minimal, white head. Scents include wine, corn and bread. First taste was thin. Flavours of honey and malt with a little corn. Finish is lightly malty with that corn flavor lingering.

Strangebrewer (1397) - Chatham, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 10, 2013
can. Poured clear amber with no head. Light hay aroma. Thin mouthfeel, prickly carbonation. Flavour of pale malt, kinda papery.

czar (9794) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 3, 2013
can. pours clear light yellow with a small white cap, little retention. lightly grainy and pale sweetish malts, corn, grape juice, faint herbal notes, bit of metal. moderate carbonation, light body - tad watery, short, dry and bland herbal finish. drinkable, but still a DP.
