Pours foggy toffee brown gold with a small white top. Aroma is light citrus and pine hops that was well balanced with caramel and toffee malt. Taste is light sweetness, Good mouthfeel but the hops are not as pop as I would like.

Tallboy from LCBO. Pours a fairly large frothy off-white head and sticks around for a while. Has a golden orangey appearance. Big thick dirty lacing. Lively carbonation. Aromas are fruity, some herbs, bready malts. Flavours are equally fruity, hints of tropical fruits as well. Some strong sweet and bready malts. Definitely not a hoppy IPA. More sweetness on the palate than bitterness. Good retention.

Very good IPA with the caramel taste I like so much in the craft beers. Good strong hop flavour with a light head when poured.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin off white head. In aroma, bitter biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grainy character, light cereal, so-so. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with light resinous floral hops, light mineral notes, so-so. Can from LCBO

474 ml can from lcbo. Quiet pour with very modest carbonation and a musty hop aroma. The beer has a rich gold colour with an abundant craggy head and lots of lace. It has a crisp hoppy start with hop dryness expanding into the middle. The finish is long with a mellow malty smoothness providing a good hop-malt balance.Good mouthfeel!

Growler from the Summerhill LCBO. Pours a clear orange colour with modest-sized off-white head. Aroma is sweet caramel and tropical fruit, as well as a little graininess. Flavour is big sweet caramel, tropical fruit hops and some light graininess. Average body. Decent.

Can pour, lots of white head. Grassy, a little sticky. Decent beer but nothing crazy.

Draft. Gold in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of sweet pale malt, along with a bit of pine resin and herbal hops. Flavors are of vanilla tinged pale malt, mock orange flowers, and mild caramel. Decent body and decent bitterness level, but severely lacking in the aroma hop department.

A really good ipa. Nice tropical fruit aromas, really sweet and yummy smelling. Bubblegum. Bubblegum flavours, great balance between bitter and sweet. So drinkable and tasty. By far the best beer I’ve have by lake of the woods brewing company.
