A clean, crisp, sessionable craft ale. Sultana Gold is naturally carbonated using an old world brewing technique called Kräusening. Named after a legendary local Gold Mine, Sultana contains malted wheat, pilsner and pale malts. Hop flavour is low to moderate. A remarkably tasty Northern brew.

473ml tallboy from LCBO. Pours a huge foamy bubbly white head that dissipates fairly quickly and has a pale golden appearance. Excessive carbonation. Medium retention. Aromas of grainy and sweet malts, some barley and hints of corn. Flavours are not that much different, very malty and grainy. Wet mouthfeel. Also a bit of a rusty like finish. Not bad.

Canned. Hazy body, big off white head. Hoppy sweet aroma with a surprisingly tart taste and bitter finish.

[email protected] Restaurant, Winnipeg. Amber beer with a reasonable head. The aroma is fruity with gentle bitterness. The flavour has a grapefruit bitterness feel with yeastiness. Overall an average beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

473 ml can. Canned on 30/08/16. (LCBO) Thunder Bay, ON.
Clear golden color with a big foamy white head. Canned food, vegetables and some malt in the aroma. Dryish malt, cardboard and some hints of hops in the flavor. Quite awful.

can. pours clear golden with a small creamy white cap offering some retention and lacing. pale grainy canadian malts, some wet grains, fruity, candy angles, grassy and herbal notes, cardboard, faint citrus, light chalky grassy notes, clean yeast. moderate carbonation, light body - quite oily; semi-sweet chalky-grassy-herbal finish. unmistakably a canadian golden ale. o-k.

Very surprising as I loved the taste. It was definitely not your standard canadian lager. It had a bit of a tang to it. Loved it

Pale yellow fizzy stuff, on tap at craft. Not too drinkable. Let me bingo the tap list.
