Amber pour with a thin head. The nose is a little bit fruity. Lots of
grapefruit and some light tropical fruit as well. Some sweet malt
through the middle with a fairly assertive lingering bitterness. It
drinks like a hoppy amber but it’s solid. BreWedge (564) - goose bay, Newfoundland, CANADA - OCT 4, 2014
On tap @ Inn on Lake on the Mountain. Pours a clear gold with a small but rich and creamy white head. Aromas are primarily pine resin but with some citrus and dank basement as well. Tastes of pine resin and lemon zest. Medium body and carbonation, long astringent finish. Pleasant. DerWeg (1750) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 18, 2012
This was called "The IPA" by the server, no beer menu or ABV available, she did say Pacific Gem hops from New Zealand. Med-amber/gold with creamy white head. Faint aroma of grass, hint wet dog and after it warms some citrus comes out. Tastes catty (pee) and very herbal-grassy with astringent palate and finish. Does show some lemon taste and grapefruit zest, pale fruit, hint wet dog.
