UPDATED: DEC 13, 2012 Nose faint mainly burnt toffee and a hint of citrus. Good looking beer with lovely lacing. Reminds me of an esb with a moderate pnw hop influence. Burnt toffee, caramel and some toasted sesame.

Drank on tap (16 oz) at the brewpub on September 19, 2012. Dry hopped aroma of grapefruit, very fragrant. Dry hop flavor, notes of pine, very bitter. Simple but nice and very bitter!

Pours amber tinged mahogany into a Sam glass. Tan head with excellent retention recedes leaving sheet lacing to crater surface. Toasted caramel and resin aromas. Thin with sour citrus and stale toasted caramel front to back.

Shitty. Plain and simple. Smells gross, at least it tastes a little better than it smells
