aroma is fresh bushels of recently picked sweet apples. this moves to the evolution of the fruit, as a near rotting sweetness (still pleasant) begins to unfold. grassy, clean grains lurk beneath. honey always present without ever overwhelming. appearance is hazy peach-blonde, nearly nil head or carb. quite striking. flavor is fresh bundles of hay with sweet apple skins rising quickly.
From a bottle that likely day for a while. Malty , dusty
Aroma. Faintest whiff of floral hops. Too much carbonation and very very boring overall. Oh well... Lagerboy (2188) - British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 10, 2015
355 ml bottle as Big Easy Imperial Maibock Lager. Mostly clear orange yellow, off-white foam settles and mostly fades. Malty boozy aroma. Stronger sweet fruity lager malty taste, not too big, easy to quaff. Softer carbonation, medium bodied, low hopped. MLF (More Lagerboy Friendly) ryanscourt (1453) - Latrobe, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 14, 2015
Pretty enjoyable. Medium body amber lager. Bready in quality. Fairly boozy on the nose and in the body. Nice balance without being cloying. Mark_Eck (1921) - - JUL 18, 2015

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright golden color with a huge creamy orange-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sweet, tangy and yeasty with notes of sugar and golden fruit. The flavor was sweet, tangy and yeasty with notes of sugar, golden fruit and a hint of pepper. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied. Well done.

Bottle shard with Parksy. Deep golden amber. Husky toasty malts, subtly spicy. True to style, and actually quite good. deyholla (11479) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 19, 2015
Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of bread with underlying notes of hay and sweet grains. Flavor has notes of earthy grains and bread with hay underlying. ajnepple (6417) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAR 14, 2015
12 oz single bottle from Mile High Wine & Spirits. Light golden-orange and clear appearance with a beige head. Aroma of bread, floral notes, light peppery spice, light citrus and other fruity esters. Similar flavor, strong and malty, lightly sweet and bitter and a touch boozy. Medium body. Pretty mild overall, not a lot going on. Kind of hard to drink after a while, a little messy. cheap (5792) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 1, 2015
That bocktown monaca is a great place to taste beers. Funny on this one its called big easy but its brewed in wisconsin, heheheh. Good co2 from the start. Fairly clear smell about it. Perhaps a hint of candy on the nose. Fairly light at first but then there is this somthing happening. Some mild bandaid thing. What is this trying to tell me? Was it a purposefully beer to that this way or was it an accident? I’m not sure. yes, is this a maibock or is it a heller? Could be a premium lager as well. Could be a mestake that they just wanted to get outtah here. Finish is a bit difficult and unique fer sure. Hides alky well if its over 5%
