Pours a cloudy amber red with a thick head of carmel foam. Nose is hops. Nice and creamy on the palate, the taste is dominated by hops with some roasted malt flavor also evident. Hopheads will love this one. Try it with pita bread and roast beef.

Bottle. Pours a very dark amber color with a moderate off-white head. Nice little malty nose to it without being too strong. A little bitter in the malty-off-putting way that seems a little earthy, but not bad.

Atom (2207) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 13, 2012
12oz bottle pours a clear amber with a no head. Aroma is very sweet caramel, berries, light hops, and lemon dish soap. Taste has some upfront bitter hops into caramel malts and fruits and finishing with more bitter hops. Doesnt taste as bad as it looks or smells.
