2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
pours a hazy red amber with a minimal head. This ale is hoppy and bitter, piney and dry.
I poured it from the bottle into a glass. It pours amber with a fluffy, beige head and lacing. The aroma is caramel and earthy hops. The aroma was a little weak. The taste is caramel, herbal, earthy hops, and bread. It was smooth. This was tasty and easy to drink. This was pretty good. Niko100 (3012) - Chicago, New York, USA - NOV 23, 2017
Rich amber/cider color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of toasted malt, caramel/toffee, hops, & some fruit; Flavor of slight roasted sweet malt, caramel, hops, and fruit/citrus; Finish is slightly bitter; Pretty decent. Itzjerm (3172) - Taft, Tennessee, USA - AUG 10, 2017
They call this a red IPA at the brewery.... um no. But seeing its an amber. I can believe that. All the elements of an amber. Nose and flavor is amber grain with a hop balance. It is a bit hop forward. At most its an Amber Pale Ale ... which well makes no sense. Lasting head. Ronritter (875) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - JUN 24, 2017

Bottle at Town and Country in Sydney.
Hazy copper pour. More Amber than IPA with sticky sweet honey and roasted flavours coming through. Some bitterness and citrus in the finish. Pleasant but not an IPA. akoeninger (776) - Wisconsin, USA - MAR 19, 2017
Copper ale. Malty, herbal hops. Smooth, caramel malt and some hop bite. Medium body Cantabrian (1169) - Christchurch NZ, now Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - FEB 3, 2017
Amber ale? This "IPA" was served to me in an Atlanta steakhouse as a local brew. Copper-coloured, resinous, pine needles and grapefruit, dried apricots and a touch of caramel. Maybe a double IPA even, but nit an amber ale, neither a Georgia local brew. Aggiebob (1386) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - JAN 23, 2017
Bottle. Amber in color with a beige head. The Hoppy aroma has notes of pine and citrus. For an IPA it was mildly bitter.
