Not a great Pilsner. Golden and bright. Sharp bitterness at the end, but the hop character before is middling, grassy and without definition. Tried for the first time in 2010. kambei70 (1114) - - JUL 26, 2017
Pours an orange golden color with an aroma of grass, cereal, and hint of fruit. Decent body with grass and grain flavor with some sweet fruit at the ending. Decent for a pilsner.

Sampled at GABF 2016 with Paul, Andrew and Ellen. Pours a light golden body with thin white lacing. Nothing ridiculous, nothing offensive - just grainy and corny. Easy drinking. MarkSachon (1054) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 23, 2016
12 oz bottle. Not the besr pilsner in the world but not the worst either. Try it and decide for yourself.

Pale, hazy gold. Nose of graham cracker pilsner malt and pine hops. Flavor is well-showcased pilsner malt with minty pine bitterness. Clean finish. NikkTwist (3345) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 24, 2015
Draft at Milkboy. Hazy yellow amber with a frothy off-white head. Tastes (perhaps appropriately enough) as a mix of a Kolsch and Pilsner. Solid pour. Strong blonde toasted wheat flavors. Caramel Challah. Sweet bready notes. Orange peels. Banana slices. Medium-full body. Mild hops. Enjoyed it. Homer321 (5193) - Melboring, Florida, USA - JUL 23, 2015
Nose is apple with light honey. Faint pils malt aroma. Clear pale yellow. Taste is lightly sulfuric with a fruity overtone. Hops are muted and beer is dominated by esters but is drinkable. chinchill (5318) - South Carolina, USA - JUL 6, 2015
served in pint glass.
A - clear golden color with modest white head of medium duration.
T - Dominant flavor is a lightly toasted malt. Subtle hops. Baked grains.
Very smooth, soft and tasty pilsner. Not complex or bold but, given that, has a particularly appealing and refreshing finish. Lacks the dryness and bite of a typical pilsner, but I ignored this while rating and enjoying this brew. PartyFowle (954) - - FEB 5, 2015
Pours a slightly cloudy dandelion yellow with a small bubbly white head that leaves a thin filmy layer. Smell is of light caramel maltiness, wheat, a subtle fruitiness, and sourdough bread. A very complex smell, which the taste follows through with splendidly. Wheat, light caramel malts, and a subtle apple sweetness balanced perfectly with a bitterness that hits after the swallow. That sourdough flavor also makes its presence known. This beer’s greatest success is in its follow through: the taste perfectly complements the aroma, and both are complex and well-balanced.
