Nearly clear gold pour with a thin white head. Aroma of pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, extra ginger, caramel, lemon and light bready yeast. Flavor is caramel and a surprising toast/cereal note up front, then a pretty large dose of earthy and sweet pumpkin, toffee, a little raw, doughy yeast and honey-like sweetness. Medium body, chewy to oily entry, medium carbonation and oily finish. Decent overall, good malt, pumpkin and spice notes, but as it warms it gets a bit messy with some higher alcohol notes coming out. HoppyScallywag (339) - Butler, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 1, 2014
I'm surprised this is only rated a 3.14. It's a pretty darn good pumpkin ale. Aroma is not anything special. Color is a bright orange. Initial taste is crisp and refreshes the palate. Light on the spices, but enough to let you know it's fall. I could definitely drink it all night.

Pour is a bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is a nice mix of pumpkin and spice. Flavor is again a nice mix of pumpkin and spices. Not as heavy as some pumpkin beers but I guess going with a lager is what they were trying for. This will satisfy your pumpkin beer crave. Herbicles69 (57) - Parker, Colorado, USA - AUG 20, 2014
From bottle poured into a pint glass. Sweet, but spicy. That pretty much all there is to it.

Bottle. Aroma of pumpkin pie spices including nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon as well as pumpkin. Pours orange colored with a thin white head and not much lacing. Starts with decent pumpkin flavor and the above spices intermingling. Finishes smooth with a very light body and the spice lingering on the palate. Decent pumpkin.

Nice but not so great in taste. The aroma was fine and very thin to drink. It had nice golden looks too. Dfonorow (2250) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 18, 2014
On tap at Milwaukee Brew Fest 2013. Pour is hazy orange/amber with a thin white head. Pumpkin spice and caramel in the nose. Flavor is similar with no hop qualities and a sweet finish. hockey9930 (309) - - JAN 8, 2014
Orange with a thin head and lots of lacing. Aroma of cooked pumpkin. Tastes like a wheat ale with pumpkin, rather simple. Water palate. Chuckaduck (674) - Highland Heights, Kentucky, USA - DEC 22, 2013
Bottled 8/6/13. Poured 12/22/13. Pours translucent gold-amber with a thin, dissipating white head. Aroma is pumpkin spice, earthy, spicy, fruity, crisp, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon. Taste is dry, bitter pumpkin flesh, nutmeg, grass, roast malt; but watery. Finish is bitter pumpkin rind. No lacing. Medium-low carbonation. Mouth feel is chewy. Better than I expected but not exceedingly so. Not terrible, but certainly nothing special. shadey (2149) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - DEC 10, 2013
12oz bottle. Nice Orange color. Very pumpkiny aroma that I could smell from feet away. Crisp flavor and clean finish. Good.
