COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Warm Front™ arrives in the glass clear copper-gold with a fine, white head. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine, lemon and tropical fruit blow in from late-boil Citra® and Mosaic® hop additions. A medium body delivers sweet citrus with light biscuit and caramel malt flavors, finishing malty-sweet with lingering orange zest bitterness. It’s a vacation from the typical winter ale. The tropical fruit hop flavors in Warm Front™ will complement a hearty mango chicken—or tofu—curry, and contrast a winter comfort food standby like Canadian bacon and mild cheddar grilled cheese with cream of tomato soup.

Rated on 12-16-2016. Bottle Best By 15May2017. The appearance is a medium sized semi-fizzy off-white head that is mostly lasting throughout my rating, transparent amber body, lively, fast rising carbonation, and spotty lacing. The aroma presents citrus hops, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, tropical fruit, and caramel malt. The flavor consists of moderate bitterness, citrus hops, pineapple, tropical fruit, sweet, caramel malt, and a dry finish. The mouthfeel is moderate-heavy carbonation and this beer is medium-full bodied. This is a very good tasting APA and is enjoyable to drink/rate. The various flavors come together very well and this beer is worth trying. It has a very hoppy aroma and has a bitter aftertaste.

Orange clear draft pour at fat cat. White head. Tangy orange tangerine and apricot flavors. Smooth and the hops are awesome.

Orange amber with a pillowy white head. Aroma of orange zest and light malt. Flavor is juicy tropical fruits wrapped in herbal hops bitterness and creamy malt. Medium bodied and smooth on the palate with a long bitter finish. Really good beer.

Bottle from Wrye, thanks! Aroma of orange and slightly dank. Taste is fair amount of cat piss dankness and orange peel. Nice IPA

ganache (6057) - New Jersey, USA - JAN 29, 2017
Lucky rating number ten for this beer. Bottle. Nose spicy and a little musty-dank, beautifully tropical, immediate mango, passionfruit, some lesser pineapple, orange, tangerine, light paper (the two dominant IPA hops of the past three or four years, Citra and Mosaic, quite clearly). Pour slightly hazy golden-orange with a dense and rocky off-white head. Taste medium-strong bitter but very clean and approachable, bone dry but not brutal, no tartness, very clean and crisp throughout, fullish body but not heavy. Hops are pulled back a smidgen but not stripped like I find the majority of downsized IPAs to be, and there’s a biscuity sort of caramel creeping in from the sides to the middle. Citrus more medium, tropical fruit slightly blander and fleshier, but still very nice. Bold and energizing flavors and feel, very well done. [2017.01.29: 3.9]

12oz bottle from the local Meijer singles rack. Randomly. Tropical fruits, pineapple, peach(?). Solid pale malt presence, much more in the taste than the nose. Some tangy pine. This is solid and fairly tasty. Nice effort! 13.7

Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at Riley’s Wines of the World. Pours a semi-clear golden amber colored brew with an average sized off-white head that leave behind some excellent lacing. Aroma of mostly earthy and grapefruity Citra and Mosaic hops with some light caramel malt base. Taste is medium bodied with plenty of earthy and citrus hop flavors that makes this close to an IPA profile without the lingering bitterness. Finish is semi-dry at first, spicy, with some semi-sweet and bitterness that quickly disappears. A decent pizza pale ale overall.

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2016 This draft brew from a beer bar was served at a cold temperature and poured a head of frothy fine to medium sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a very softly carbonated transparent light yellow orange colored body and a good lacing. . The semi-sharp mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish malt hop aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of hops and malt. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Aroma orange/citrus and dank hops. The flavor is tropical fruit, grapefruit, malts, slightly nutty in the middle and a hoppy/bitter finish.
