COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the style of a Belgian Wit. A special blend of coriander, orange zest and unmalted wheat help to make this a remarkably refreshing summer beer.

On tap at Cafe Hollander in Milwaukee. Light golden color. Definite citrus flavor, slight maltiness, not much besides that. More nuanced than say Blue Moon, but all around an average beer.

smooooooth is probably its best characteristic, but I did have it off tap. I donno, pretty standard witbier, I really didnt notice anything fancy or special. just a solid creation.

An ok white. The requisite orange and coriander spice is there. The feel is on the thin/overcarbonated side but overall still pleasant.

12 oz bottle served in a lager glass about 1 month prior to the 2016 BB date Appearance - Pours a pale yellow-golden color with an ample white head that settles to t durable top coat and leaves sheets of lacing. Smell - mixed citrus with light yeast, coriander, and clove. Flavor - Lemony citrus, pale malts, wheat, and orange peel. Faint spicy notes including coriander. Mouthfeel - Light bodied with soft, high carbonation and a semi-dry finish. Overall - a very drinkable and well-balanced, if mild, witbier.

12 oz bottle from the sampler case. This was an average white with nothing outstanding to recommend it above any of the others.

12 oz bottle from J J Liquors in Edgewater. Aroma of wheat, orange peel, coriander, toasted grain and yeast. Similar flavor, adding a mild herbal, spicy and zesty bitterness with bready malts and a touch of fruity esters. Crisp feel with ample carbonation. OK.

superspak (5600) - Michigan, USA - AUG 23, 2015
12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 11/7/2015. Pours hazy bright golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, coriander, clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, coriander, clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, coriander, clove, wheat, cracker, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming after the finish as expected of 4.6%. Overall this is a very good witbier. All around good balance and robustness of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.
