Bottle - Banana, wheat and some light citrus. Hazy yellow orange with a foamy head that dies pretty quick. Banana, some light sourness that comes from the over carbonation and next to no finish. Some slight citrus and sweetness. A very refreshing beer, maybe a bit over carbonated, but perfect that hot patio.
Hazed light golden liquid with a moderate sized off-white head. Light floral, herbal, dried grass scents. Hints of dry grain and wheat. A real sweet light fruit scent underneath everything else. Sweet yeasty start. Light wheat, cloves, with bits of grass and grains. Fuller feel. A heavy Oberdorfer.

Aroma is fruity and appearance is a Krystal Weiss. Not as cloudy as one might expect for the style. It has a nice and subdued banana clove flavor. Slightly sour or acidic.More accent on malted and unmalted wheat malt than any barley malts. No noticeable hops. Light mouthfeel. Reminds me of a decent Berliner Weiss. It is a light wheat beer. A nice thirst quencher for sure. Would seek this out again in Summer ’16! ajnepple (6417) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 21, 2015
12 oz single bottle from Molly’s Spirits. Pale gold and slight hazy appearance with a small white head and active carbonation. Aroma of banana, clove, yeast, bread, herbal hops and light citrus fruits. Similar flavor, adding a mild bitterness. Light body with ample carbonation and a light dry finish. jeremyh70 (1103) - Missouri, USA - SEP 26, 2015
Pours a hazy yellow with a white head that settles to a persistent ring and leaves minimal lacing. Aroma is somewhat muted but you get cracked wheat with light banana and a bit of clove. Get a nice light bready wheat flavor in the taste with some light banana and clove spiciness. Finishes mostly dry with a bit of wheat tang. Mouthfeel hints at being creamy with light/medium body and medium/high carbonation. A watered down Weiss beer but still extremely drinkable and nice on a hot day. Incredibly tasty hefe. First American attempt at the style that I’ve had that I feel stands up to the Germans. Nice job! Aroma was big and juicy. Full of bubble gum, banana and clove. Pour was a nice hazy light gold with no head or bubbles. Had me worried it was flat. No problem there. Nice carbonation carried the banana, wheat and malt flavors. Nice strong yeastiness and a sweet wet finish.

Straw yellow with clove, banana, spice aromas and taste is similar with good biscuit malts. MarkSachon (1010) - Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 5, 2015
12 oz bottle from Giant Eagle in Pittsburgh. This was so overwhelmingly sour i could barely finish the bottle. Not recommended. BeerInHeaven (444) - Brillion, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 24, 2015
pours a light clear straw yellow with a medium white bubbly head. aroma is hay/grass, spice. Taste is light malt and clove. Spices linger on the finish. Not my style, but not bad. FROTHINGSLOSH (7670) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 20, 2015
Sampled on draft at Dad’s Pub this beer poured a dark yellow-gold color with a large fluffy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweetish bread, yeast and clove. The flavor was tart and bitter with tangy citrus, bread and yeast. Medium length finish. Medium body. Pretty basic. JonnyMadison (87) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 25, 2015
Bottle. Poured a fizzy, straw color, white head that dissipated. Flavor is as described above -- more clove and citrus than bread or malt in my opinion. There’s almost a saltiness to it as well. Very light and refreshing, much better than a lot of summer beers or shandies that overdo the spice and citrus. It seems to work!
