Bottle thanks to Bill. Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. Cocoa nibs, oak, dust, vanilla. Thick mouthfeel, average carbonation. lownote (585) - Austin, Alabama, USA - NOV 11, 2016
Strong whisky aroma. Pours black, no head, on nitro. Gentle carbonatiom, thick bodied. Flavor has very little bitterness, probably from aging. Wood flavor is there but balanced to the malt flavors. Alcohol warmth is there but not unpleasant. A little coffee, but it’s mostly just a robust malt like malt flavor. Hints of chocolate. Some crystal like breadiness, but I feel like it’s just a huge charge of base malt, flavor wise, probably thank to the aging. jredmond (8285) - New York, New York, USA - APR 22, 2016

Pours a deep dark black color with a light tan head. The aroma is sweet dark roasted malts, cocoa, and a touch of smoke. The taste like the aroma starts out with sweet dark roasted malts with a lingering sweet and roasty notes in the finish. The mouthfeel is very smooth and medium bodied. Overall, this is a solid milk stout that is worth a try for anyone who enjoys the style.
