Delicious and refreshing beer. Aroma was nice. Sour vinegar with hints of lemon, must and wet blanket. Pour was a nice light cloudy gold with a thin white film for a head. Taste was delicious. Heavy vinegar, hay and earthy with a lot of funk (sometimes it feels lik,e it’s coming up the nasal passages). Nice and tart but not overly sour like other gueuzes but still a great beer. Medium carbonation.
Pours golden copper with a quickly receding white lacing. Tart wheat and grass taste with a slight sour finish. Very nice ABUSEDGOAT (2759) - California, USA - JUL 8, 2017
Hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is basement, funk, moderately sour, some dust, yeast. Medium bodied, moderate sourness, very drinkable, pleasant. Mesjasz (1521) - Lodz, POLAND - MAY 1, 2017
Butelka, dzięki Jef. Aromat pięknie dziki, sporo skóry. Smak umiarkowanie kwaśny, lekko octowo słodki. W smaku już nie tak fajnie jak aromat, skóra i lekko ocet winny. Huhzubendah (3705) - Washington DC, USA - JAN 25, 2017
Bottle shared by Matthew prior to the Pat Metheny concert. Many thank yous.
Light orange body with a soapy white head. Aromas of mineral funk, citrus. Authentic lambic character. Tons of well water and mineral character. Super funky. Delicious. Atom (2451) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - NOV 25, 2016
2012 750mL bottle pours a copper orange with a minimal white head. Sweet aroma, oak, horseblanket, vinous. Taste is bitter, flat, sour. Lacking tartness and not very lively. Lack of yeast on bottle tells me this wasn’t refermrnted and didn’t age well.

375ml bottle. Hazy orange with a foamy white head. Flavors are funk, apples, lemon, yeast and oak with rubbery notes. Light body, moderate carbonation, smooth texture. markducommun (1116) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 7, 2016
Bottle at The Oath in Tarrytown. Cloudy yellow orange, minimal head. Funky, very strong barnyard smells. Bright cherry. Fairly tart, dry. Lighter body, long finish. Clean. Excellent. luttonm (6271) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 23, 2016
Bottle in Seattle. I gave it to Trevor for his birthday, but he shared it with me on mine! Slightly cloudy orange-yellow. No head. Stunning deep fruit, lots of complex wood, lots of funky white wine yeast. Delicious. Sweet, delicious round tart. So drinkable. trevor211 (1681) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 12, 2016
Big, big thanks to Matt for this gem. Orange/copper pour. No head at all. Nose is earthier than the flavor, which is more acidic. Mild citrus rind over dusty barnyard funk. Fuzzy, with a light grapefruit finish. Great balance. The word that comes to mind is "authentic." Love it. sjogro (4135) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - MAY 27, 2016
Sampled from bottle at THT May. Hazy honey golden, thin white head. Grapes, hay, herbs, grassy, rubber, dusty cobwebs, funk. All flavors seem muted, watery. Light sweet, light sour, light bitter, light minerallike saltiness. Medium body, little watery but good flavors. Like this, just less impressive than some of the others, but very enjoyable and sessionable.
