Sample @ Brugge Bierfest ’13.

Pours a golden. Aromas of spice, coriander, yeast, and alcohol. Flavor has an alcohol taste to it, mixed with a nice smokey dark fruit. Also has strong hints of spice and orange.

Bottle, 7.5%. Citric and vinous aroma, quite close to white wine. Hazy golden colour, small floating bits. Sparkling. Very small fizzy white head. The flavour has a faint note of vinousness, also like white wine. But sweeter, probably sweetness from the honey.

Botella. Hazy yellow, nice white steady head. Bitter sweet honey aroma. The flavour has a pleasant sweet and bitter flavour wth honey, some spice and malt. Sweet soft bitter finish.
