Aroma fruity, mint, chamomile. Fruity yet very different. 6+
Appearance clear, maybe slightest haze. Short lived light white top.
Flavor and Palate : strong acidic tartness, thin bodied. Grainy mid. Very dry finish. Not that good.

Bottle courtesy of Peter Fowler, landlord of The Shoulder of Mutton, Wantage, Oxon, consumed at home w/c 07.11.11 Looks like Robinsons Barley Water. Little eggy on nose, very lemony not unlike jiffy lemon. Dry with some peary sweetness showing, but in an instant the lemony flavours come back through. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2011. Very pale green gold. Cheesy vinegar aroma. Touch of fart. Very light pear tart flavour. Light tartness. Would be a gorgeous dessert if this was on pastry. Ok perry. Really quite tart.
