COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A nicely hopped pale ale brewed with 4 American hops, dry hopped with Cascade and Willamette.
Ale in American Pale Ale style. Orange-coppery in colour. On the nose, it features a delicate note of chestnut honey surmounted by the citrus taste of mandarin and bitter orange deriving from the American hoppers used in this beer. Just a slight herb note in the end. In the mouth, clear citrus notes accompany the moderate body and the final dryness tempts another sip. 12.5°

Aroma is somewhat mild with fruity hops and grain. Flavour has grapefruit, resin and grainy malt. Unusual pils; resiny and fruity. Also caramel and pine are present. Refreshing, easy to drink yet rich. Feels actually like a session IPA.

Hazy golden to amber color, medium off-white head. Aroma is soft fruity hop, hint of caramel, some yeasty notes. Aroma is not that outspoken, probably as it is pretty old already. Soft bitterness in taste, hint of sweetness. Medium in carbonation. Should try this more fresh I think, it has lost most of its power.

330ml bottle. Clear caramel color. Small size, white head, stays. Farty, grainy, hard candy, very faint raspberry in aroma. Sweet malts, sprucy hops, sweetish, faint caramel in taste. Smooth sweet malts in aftertaste. Uninteresting brew.

Cask hand pump at the brewpub. Cloudy brown beer. Packed with flowery bitterness, but there is a fine malty body, too. Piney finish. Too bitter for some, perhaps, I ordered another pint!

Bottle @ Kiss The Kitchen Floor or better known as ZZT VI (2013): kindly shared by IluvatarMilan: White creamy sticky head, changes pretty quick into a lacing on top of a hazy orange colored beer. Aromas of hops, grapefruit, soap, some citrus... Lot of floral hop tones. Flavours of hops, grapefruit, citrus, floral and tea herbs. Again nice floral hop tones with a medium bitterness. Aftertaste is floral with hop notes and tea herbs. Low to medium carbo, soft creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a creamy texture. Nice beer, well balanced and some fine hop tones.
