COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A nicely hopped pale ale brewed with 4 American hops, dry hopped with Cascade and Willamette.
Ale in American Pale Ale style. Orange-coppery in colour. On the nose, it features a delicate note of chestnut honey surmounted by the citrus taste of mandarin and bitter orange deriving from the American hoppers used in this beer. Just a slight herb note in the end. In the mouth, clear citrus notes accompany the moderate body and the final dryness tempts another sip. 12.5°

Bevuta a Pasturana.

Sapore intenso e ben bilanciato. Retrogusto leggermente amaro ma molto piacevole. Birra leggera e di facile beva in queste calde sere d’estate.

75cl bottle @ ZZT V. Hazy orange color, full sized frothy white head that leaves a fair lacing and lasts for quite a while. Smell malts, sweetish, slightly spices, slightly yeasty. Taste malts, slightly yeasty, some hops, lightly bitter, slightly fruity. Nice one. Nice bitter aftertaste. Medium carbonation, low to medium body.

[ASPETTO]
oro carico , quasi ambrato, con tonalità caco, velata; schiuma leggermente giallognola, buona presenza, fine e buona persistenza
[OLFATTO]
[TEXTURE]
corpo medio basso, ben carbonata, alcohol poco evidente.
[COMMENTO FINALE]

[19-OCT-2013] Draught at EurHop Beer Festival (EBF) 2013 in Rome. Pours orange to yellow with a beige head, aroma of grass, mango skin, malt, flavor of malt, grass, tropical fruits and pine, bitter and dry, medium bodied, nice

Draught @ Luppolo 12

Tap said ”Ligèra”, chalkboard ”American Magut”

Aroma is somewhat mild with fruity hops and grain. Flavour has grapefruit, resin and grainy malt. Unusual pils; resiny and fruity. Also caramel and pine are present. Refreshing, easy to drink yet rich. Feels actually like a session IPA.
