Bottle 0,75ltr: Beer label with a woman of loose morals on it, hazy brown coloured with very well hidden but identifiable sourness and good hints of caramel. Not really an German Doppelbock interpretation but more an Dutch micro-brew variation. erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - APR 28, 2012
Mahogony brown, creamy beige head. Clove, nutty, twigs. Not very strong (but maybe a bit cold). Good amount of bitterness to balance the inherit brown sugar sweetness. Bit of a short ending. Nice carbonation. Enough flavour going on. Pretty nice. (75cl bottle, somewhat expensive, shared with paul_kok) Ober (2819) - Bommelerwaard, NETHERLANDS - FEB 26, 2012
A clear red-brown colored beer, with a beige head. The aroma of hops and sweet fruits. The taste is sweet moving to bitter hops . In the back sweet again with a earthy taste. The aftertaste is sweet bitter with again th earthy taste. Bibendum (117) - ITALY - JAN 26, 2012
Schiuma di media persistenza e birra dal colore molto intenso. Retrogusto amaro che però svanisce dopo poco. Sentori di caramello che persistono in bocca a lungo. tderoeck (10002) - Gent, BELGIUM - NOV 4, 2011

Clear red brown beer, creamy light beige head, adhesive, pretty stable. Aroma: sweet mocha, sweet malts, bit nutty, brown sugar, a touch of yeast. MF: light carbon, full body, creamy texture. Taste: mohca, toast, caramel, fruity, plums, bitter hops. Aftertaste: mocha, grapefruit, toast, bit fruity, dry bitter ending, alcohol warming the throat. Good but not great beer.

Bottle thanks to Illuvatarmilan at ‘Zieke Zuiden Tasting II’. Hazy red color, no head, just a small white lacing. Smell sweet, slightly bitter but mostly like a weak barleywine. Taste caramel and sweet. Decent carbo, medium body. (Note: best before March 2010) skortila (5966) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - OCT 27, 2011
