COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ale in Belgian Tripel style.
Intense colour, the beer has a thick foam with the density of cream. On the nose, a light acacia honey fragrance fades into a fruity note of citrus, banana and crystallized citron, accompanied by floral sensations of rose ending into a slight note of pepper and clove. The fragrance of yeast, typical in this style, is marked. In the mouth, the spicy taste comes up together with a delicate floral taste. The bitter taste is very light and leaves a pleasurable dryness in the final.

Draught at the Lambrate Pub in via Golgi
Red amber color, wit generous head. The aroma is very fruity, mellow. Good body, well structured, round, quite sweet, with good fruity malt flavor; the bitterness is strong, and there is a mild spicy note in the end; long final.
A different Tripel, has similarities with the American ones, but with more character

Bottle at Yespr’s. It pours golden-amber with a small white head and plenty of floaters. The nose is sweet, doughy, berry, orange peel, pear and apple. The taste is sweet apple, pear, candied stuff, icing sugar and some light spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Too much sugary sweetness for my liking.
