Ale in Belgian Strong Golden Ale style.Orange coloured. On the nose, it features caramel notes followed by interesting citrus, yellow fruit and tropical fruit scents, deriving from the use of New Zealand hopper. In the mouth, it has a neat fruity apricot and pineapple taste followed by a slight bitter taste. 16°

Bottle from De Bierkoning. Cloudy golden with a creamy, small and lacing head. Sweet honeyish aroma. Spicy honey flavours, quite sticky and sweet. Despite the spicy complexity this beer ends up too sweet for my liking.

[email protected] Sweetish, sourish, thinnish. Best before April ’10 it says but a few days past it’s BBD can’t do this to it. There’s just something wrong with it.
