New batch in 2016, 37.5cl bottles.

LambruchaTM is a blend of Lambics we select and Kombucha brewed to our specifications. For every batch of LambruchaTM, we must taste and select the Lambics we want to use with the Kombucha produced for us. Lambic and Kombucha are naturally varying products so blending is the essence of how LambruchaTM is made. The Kombucha and Lambic used are living yeast beverages. To our knowledge this is the 1st time 2 living yeast beverages have been combined to create a third, different beverage. For this reason we think LambruchaTM is a truly new drink that combines elements of both Kombucha & Lambic. LambruchaTM is bottled for us by Brj, De Troch, Wambeek Belgium.

Nice clear and bright light gold color with a huge white head..very tight/tart aroma followed by a pucker blast way to heavy on the kambucha side of things. Lemon, quince, mushroom, verbena..lots going on here. Well made but not my cup of tea. I like kambucha and lambic both...just not together.

Bottle 0.375l at home, Nivala. Thanks to... sorry I have to check it later. Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, dryness, some sourness, some tropical fruits and some sweetness. Easy but interesting. Little bit of soapy.

Leighton (22836) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 15, 2017
Bottle shared in MV. This bottle is at least three years old (I think). Pours totally clear orangeish gold with a small, foamy topping that fades away quickly. The aroma is almost pure pickle juice, with some lemony accents on the edges. Light sweet flavour with very quick, sharp acidity, a little lemon juice, more pickle juice/vinegar, some salt, a little sweat. Light bodied with spritzy, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, super quenching, a bit dry, with more pickle sauce, tart lemon, salt, a little grassy note. This is really fun stuff. I would imagine a lot of people wouldn’t like it, but as someone who really, actually enjoys pickle juice, this is right up my alley.

375ml bottle. Light hazy yellow with a nice white head. Tart, citrus and ginger notes. Nice.

tmrmwel (2314) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAY 6, 2017
Bottle. Pours very light yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tart funky notes, with hay, ginger, tea, citrus and some grassy, salty whiffs of sea side. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart, with lactic notes, funky notes of tea, hay and light citrus and grassy notes. Quite a strange one, but balanced and quaffable.

Korcz (3388) - Warsaw, POLAND - FEB 24, 2017
Bardzo owocowy aromat, pierwsze skrzypce grają yuzu i limonka. Dziwne, trochę jakby mydlane, takie o. Ciekawe piwsko.

Mesjasz (1726) - Lodz, POLAND - FEB 19, 2017
Aromat słodkich winogron, lekko funku. Smak lekko kwaśny, wytrawny ale jest też słodycz. Dosyć lakto, dużo winogron, tanin. Przyjemne i dziwne :)

Bottle from Huis van de Geuze. Hazy yellow colour, creamy foam. Lots of carbonation. Nose of green apple, barnyard, kombucha. Tart and lemony taste. Sour. Balance is ok. Nice.

JDBaker11058 (2427) - Maryland, USA - JAN 18, 2017
appearance: opaque yellow, short white fizzy head quickly fading. aroma: sour green apples, sage, mint, white wine vinegar, yeasty funk, hint of clove. taste: lactic tart acidity, with notes of lemon, apple cider vinegar, general earthy herb garden, maybe pickle juice. finish: lingering tart funk, light citrus and earth. notes: Probably not my favorite sour, but a very interesting concept and very glad to have tried it. Bottle courtesy of and shared with Zoltan.

Bouteille 37.5cl, merci Pierre.
