Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Frunky bretty aroma with some citric lemony notes. The flavor is tart and refreshing, with bretty, minty, and lemony notes, and a lingering funky finish. Really good. ApisAles (1575) - Greenbelt, Maryland, USA - SEP 9, 2010
Pours muddy pink brown. Aroma is sour a little tiny hint sweet behind some overwhelming sourness. Flavor is sour citrus some notes of herbal tea. Really fantastic sour beer. JK (6158) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - MAY 28, 2011
Opaque copper color. Yeast aroma with tea. Flavor is sour, like a lambic, with tea. The finish has oak and more yeast. Very flavorful and dry. The lambic with fermented tea is a great combination. Butters (4059) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - JUN 5, 2010
Shared with the guys over at maniacs apt after the Beer, Bourbon, and BBQ festival. Really great. Like very tart acidic lemonade.

A: Pours a really nice light peach color with only the slightest head and no lacing.
S: slightly acidic with a small amount of funk. Some slight citrus rind and fruit essence, although im having a hard time picking out specifics.
T: didn’t really get much tea in he nose but i get a bt of that bitterness here. Again, slight funk and some sourness. More like.a berliner swiss in that regard as opposed to an unblended lambic.
M: mild acidity; nice and light. Fairly low carbonation.
D: all around this is a nice supper and good on a hot summer afternoon. Thanks, Alex.

Recieved in trade with Pantanap, huge thanks! Clear gold color with a large head that quickly falls. Light tart lemon aroma and a little tea-ish. Mmm... perfectly tart flavor. A good whack of tea, citrus and earthy notes. Quite bubbly. The tea character stands out more as it warms. Really nice.
