pivo (2689) - GERMANY - MAR 19, 2005
TAP: Sweet funky nose with citrus notes, hazy biege color, low tight head. Soft sweet wheat body with a little vanilla and a spicey orange tinge at the end (corriander?). Slight papery aftertaste, low bitter. Light and refreshing.

richlikebeer (839) - Easton, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 15, 2005
on tap at the brewpub, pours a light yellow, reminded me of fresh lemonade, with a creamy layer of white head. aroma was spicy and hoppy. taste was very smooth, a mixture of hops and citrus with a spicy finish, corriander i think. this was a very enjoyable beer to drink, went down easy, and was very refreshing after my frigid walk to the bar.

beerbuzzmontreal (3486) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 13, 2005
Pours a very hazy yellow color with a medium creamy white head. Aroma of wheat and citrus, some yeast too. Decent flavor of wheat and citrus. Light to medium body, confortable wheat texture, soft carbonation. Good witibier.

omhper (25943) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - NOV 22, 2004
Sampled draught at the brewpub.
Hazy pale yellow. Generous coriander aroma, Sweet and firm with rounded mouthfeel. Light flavoured but solid, perhaps on the sweet side.

SimonB (66) - Geneva, SWITZERLAND - NOV 19, 2004
Very small creamy white head fully diminushing. Light yellow cloudy apperance. Light malt in aroma a bit citrusy. Banana presence as well as an hint of wheat cookie on the nose. Flavor is light sweet, a thin bit salty at the end, short duration. Light to medium palate, dry, lively cabonation. A little alcoholic feel on finish. Tasted on tap at the brewpub in a small tasting glass, 1st of 10 beer in this session (18 november 2004).

Radek Kliber (7501) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - OCT 17, 2004
Medium clean wit, rather sweet nose. Cloudy light gold , small crown . Quiet light , smooth with clean body . Some malt like aftertaste. Due to thin body alcohol is visible. Hard to believe that this is 12 P. It feels more like 10.

DougShoemaker (3146) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 16, 2004
Some spice and wheat aromas, cloudy white/yellow, small white head. Faint taste of wheat, small bite of corriander. Light bodied, spicey. Good.

tiggmtl (4543) - East York, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 9, 2004
Gently spicy citrusy lemon aroma. Pale straw colour with pillowy white head that lasts throughout and coats the glass as you drink it. Mildly tart, lemon and wheat flavour and gentle coriander spiciness. Smooth, creamy wheat beer mouthfeel. On tap at the brewpub.

Appearance is undeniably one of a white. The head is constant but the beer doesn’t seem very effervescent. Beer is fruity with glimpse of banana. Palate has hops but the overall effect is a bit deceiving for my taste.

Eructoblaster (4453) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - APR 19, 2004
UPDATED: JUL 19, 2004 Very cloudy yellow body with almost greenish glints. Its thin head is dense and creamy. Nice fruity (citrus) aroma. It tastes the samething as the aroma but it lacks carbonation, which gives an impression of blandness. Without being outstanding, it is okay and very refreshing.
