Hazy yellow beer with no head.Slightly yeasty nose. Sweet fruity taste with banana , some light hops, very smooth beer.

UPDATED: JAN 19, 2004 on tap: Hazy yellow body with a one inch white head, decent lasting. Aroma is wheaty, coriander, orange, sweet citrus. Palate is slightly creamy, light and easy going, lightly tart with a definite banana wheat taste reminiscent of an extremely light weizenbock, rather grainy. Okay example of the style

jercraigs (10651) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 6, 2003
Slighlty cloudy, smallish head but it left nice lacing. Lots of coriander notes, and a bit of orangey citrus in the back. Body is pretty thin.

CapFlu (5129) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 1, 2003
(Draught) Cloudy amber body with a thin white head. Floral perfume with bananas. Lively Carbonation. Banana flavour weak compared to the aroma. Thin and weak.

muzzlehatch (4969) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 31, 2003
Very faint nose. Hazy, lemony, orangey, thin, weak, just nothing worth writing these words about.

dhurtubise (568) - Hamilton, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 30, 2003
Amere a boire blanche is a truly elegant wit with excellent balance, tartness and delicately spiced with orange peels and coriander some other non descript spices. One of the best wits I have drank in a long time.
