Draft at the source. Preyy reddish amber color, scant head. Aroma of burnt caramel. Taste is malty toast. OK. Beerathon (1683) - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 27, 2014
Mahogany color with thin head, lovely sweet malts and hops offset. Quite enjoyable, surprised me. kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 27, 2014
Tap. Pours a clear dark amber body with a one finger fizzy beige head. The nose is sweet and toasty malt with a little earthy huskiness, not much in the way of hops. The flavor is on the sweeter side with caramel and toasted malts, fairly clean lagered, but a little huskiness and graininess on the finish. Medium bodied with fizzy prickly carbonation. A little weak overall, but drinkable enough. DocLock (10970) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 10, 2012
Draft at Craft. Pours copper with 1-finger off-white head that dissipates quickly. Tasted of caramel malt, on the sweet side, with mid-palate hops and a medium complexity and density finish. NikkTwist (3306) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 6, 2012
Draft at Tattooed Mom. Poured a murky amber. Whatever head there was disappeared almost entirely. Mild, well blended flavor. Some hop bite, but not a high hop experience. Unexpected sugar sweetness in the finish. Very drinkable but not extraordinary.
